Watch a traditional tea ceremony and enjoy sweets NextA tea ceremony master will perform the traditional tea-making ritual, which has a history of over 500 years. You’ll then enjoy the freshly prepared matcha along with nerikiri, a traditional Japanese sweet. 3. Make your own matcha Finallyyou’ll have the chance to make your own bowl of matcha using traditional tools.
