Day 1
Meet at UP Events Amsterdam West for briefing, equipment fitting and a supervised free-roam VR session followed by a short debrief and time to relax in the venue.
UP Events Amsterdam – Free Roam VR session
Meet the UP Events team, receive a safety briefing and equipment fitting, then play a 45–60 minute free-roam VR mission with your group. After the session there is time to debrief, grab a drink or a snack in the venue chill area.
Tips from local experts:
- Wear comfortable, flat shoes and clothing that allows free arm movement; avoid long skirts or slippery soles.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and a short health & safety briefing; inform staff of any mobility or motion‑sensitivity concerns.
- Secure long hair and remove loose jewelry; phones or loose items should be left in lockers or with a teammate during play.
