Day 1
An intimate, guided wine tasting in Corfu Old Town at CHOES Reserve. The sample itinerary below shows the 2‑hour Discovery format (19:00–21:00); if you select the 1‑hour Journey option at booking, the central tasting block will be shortened accordingly.
Welcome at CHOES Reserve
Meet your certified sommelier at CHOES Reserve. Short introduction to today’s tasting sequence and an overview of Greek wine regions and native grapes before tasting begins.

- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to find the entrance at Gkilford (Guilford) 36 — CHOES Reserve is in the pedestrian streets of Corfu Old Town, a short walk from Plateia Spianada (Spianada Square).
- The venue is on the ground floor and accessed by three steps; staff can assist guests with limited mobility but the space is not fully wheelchair accessible.
- All participants must be 18+; bring photo ID as it may be requested upon arrival.
Guided Wine Tasting
Discovery Option — 2 hours / 6 wines: an extended tasting with each wine paired to its own delicacy for a per‑glass pairing experience. (If you booked the Journey Option, this block will be 1 hour with 4 wines and a shared platter.)

- If you prefer a longer, more leisurely pairing experience, select the 2h Discovery option at booking; the 1h Journey offers a shorter introduction with 4 wines and a shared platter.
- Notify the operator in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions so pairings can be adjusted — pairings are light and intended as accompaniments, not a full meal.
- Seating is limited to 10 guests and may be at a shared table; if you want a specific seating arrangement (e.g., a quieter corner for two), request it when you arrive and the sommelier will do their best to accommodate.
Closing and Q&A
Relax and ask any final questions about the wines you’ve tasted, grape varieties, or regional traditions. Guests are welcome to continue with another glass or choose a bottle next door at CHOES Wine Bar.
