Tips from local experts:
- Arrive 10 minutes early at 166 Trần Quang Khải to allow time for check-in and boarding.

- Evenings in the bungalow can be cool and quiet—pack a warm layer and a small flashlight for pathways.
- If you want to join the cooking activity, let the host know when you arrive so they can prepare.
Evening — local music / socialize (optional)

Tips from local experts:
- Local bars in Ta Van are small and informal; be respectful of local customs and volume.

Tips from local experts:
- The class is informal and suitable for beginners — wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting splashed.
- Inform the host of food allergies in advance; ingredients are local and may include pork, fish sauce, or peanuts.
- Keep your camera handy for simple step-by-step photos, but ask before photographing food preparation closely.
Trek: Ta Van → Rice paddies → Bamboo forest → Giang Ta Chai bridge
Short morning trek across rice terraces and bamboo forest with panoramic viewpoints of Giang Ta Chai (Red Dzao community). Trek ~3 km, ~3.5 hours with photography stops and village walks.
Tips from local experts:
- Start with a full water bottle and sun protection; some sections are exposed on ridge lines.
- Footwear with good grip is recommended; sections of bamboo forest can be slippery after rain.
- Respect local property and stay on agreed paths; the guide will direct the route to limit disturbance to fields.

- Confirm shower availability and towel provision with hotel reception if you did not stay there the previous night.
