Itinerary
Day 1
Full-day Privilege Experience from Cancún to Isla Mujeres. Two departure options operate daily (10:00 with hotel pickup from 09:00, or 12:30 with hotel pickup from 12:00). The timeline below shows the 10:00 departure sequence; if you booked the 12:30 departure, adjust times +2.5 hours accordingly.
Hotel pickup (pre-arranged)
Pre-arranged hotel pickup in Cancún (hotel pickup time depends on your property; for the 10:00 departure pickup is typically ~09:00). Driver will transfer you to the marina for check-in.

Arrive at the marina for check-in, safety briefing and boarding. Check-in window for the 10:00 departure is 09:30; for the 12:30 departure check-in is 12:00.
