Itinerary
Day 1
Meet at the Nilva / CIVIMA building for the winery introduction and tasting, then proceed to the Peñoncillo vineyard for sea-view tasting and sunset.
Meet at Nilva ENOTURISMO (CIVIMA & winery introduction)
Arrival and welcome at Nilva ENOTURISMO. Short guided introduction to CIVIMA (wine interpretation center) and the small on-site Nilva winery where you will learn about local viticulture and winemaking traditions, followed by the first wine tasting pours and the ham & cheese appetizer.

- Arrive 10 minutes early to find parking; parking near CIVIMA can be limited.
- Wear comfortable, flat shoes — winery interior is level but some outdoor areas may be uneven.
- If you have mobility concerns, notify staff on arrival; the building area is step-free but vineyard access may require a short walk.
Peñoncillo vineyard — sea-view tasting
Short transfer (by foot or private vehicle) to the Peñoncillo vineyard viewpoint. Enjoy the full tasting of the 3 Nilva wines while taking in panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the African coast on the horizon and the Costa del Sol. This is the 'special moment' for couples — ideal at sunset. The vineyard stop is subject to good weather.

- Vineyard is roughly 1 km from the winery; plan a 10–15 minute walk or bring a private vehicle for a short drive.
- Bring a light layer against coastal breeze at sunset; temperatures can drop after sundown.
- If you plan to swim or head to the beach afterward, pack swimwear and footwear; the beach is a short drive from the vineyard.
