After passing airport-style security, check in at the Tour Desk (located to the left as you enter) where your Gold TourPass lanyard and audio access code will be provided. Use the official audio guide — narrated by Cardinal Timothy Dolan — to explore the cathedral's Neo‑Gothic architecture, stained glass, Lady Chapel, main altar, and the large Pietà sculpture at a comfortable pace. Sanitized audio devices and disposable earbuds are available; you may use your own headphones or download the TourPatron app in advance.
