Start at Praia do Flamengo for check-in and bike fitting, then a guided coastal ride to Praia de Botafogo with stops for photos and a break. Concludes back at the meeting/pickup area within the 5-hour window.
Meet & Bike Fit — Praia do Flamengo
Meet at the designated point on Praia do Flamengo for check-in, safety briefing, helmet and bike fitting, and a short warm-up along the Flamengo promenade before departing toward Botafogo.
