Itinerary
Day 1
Hotel pickup and meeting at Av. Marginal 12 de Julho
Morning pickup from central São Tomé hotels (pickup commences before the listed start time). Meet at Avenida Marginal 12 de Julho for a short briefing, introduction to your guide and safety notes before departure south.

- Have a small daypack ready (sunscreen, hat, water); hotel pickups are before the listed 08:00 meeting in some cases.

Drive south and visit a historic roça and viewpoint
Scenic drive along the southern roads with a stop at a colonial-era roça (plantation) and a nearby viewpoint for photos and short walks. Your guide will explain the local history and architecture.

Short guided walk to a local waterfall and surrounding forested area. Gentle trail with stops for photos and time to enjoy the scenery before returning north.

Return to São Tomé and drop-off
Drive back along the coast with a short comfort stop if needed, arriving back in central São Tomé for hotel drop-offs or final stop at the original meeting point.
