Day 1
Evening wine tasting in a small, intimate tasting room in central Skopje.
Wine tasting at Винска Соба / Wine Room (Ladies Bar)
Meet at the wine-tasting room for a guided tasting of regional Macedonian wines accompanied by 3 types of cheese, prosciutto and bread. The sommelier will present each wine and the story behind it, covering white, rosé, and red varieties followed by a Vinjak digestive.

- Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in; the tasting starts promptly and seating is limited.
