Tips from local experts:
- Entrance procedure: the museum is on the 5th floor of the north wing. There is a bell at the entrance — press it and a museum employee will open the door for you. You will receive a PDF with photos to help find the entrance.
- Audio player: the access link is activated on the chosen visit day and is valid for 24 hours. Use headphones and ensure your phone has mobile data; the guide streams instantly with minimal traffic and requires no app.
- Timing & accessibility: museum hours are Monday–Friday 10:00–16:00 with a lunch break 13:00–14:00. The museum is not wheelchair- or stroller-accessible (stairs to 5th floor); choose a morning or early-afternoon slot to avoid the lunch closure.
