We will hike in the Calanques National Park through pine woods and rosemary bushes and discover one of the most impressive Calanques (coves) whilst enjoying panoramic views of Marseille and the National Park including the Frioul and Riou Archipels and the highest sea cliff of Europe, the Falaises Soubeyrannes.Throughout the hike we will often take short breaks in order to learn about the exceptional flora and fauna of the national park and how it’s landscape it’s connected to Marseilles history. We will take a break by the crystalline turquoise waters of the Calanque.

We will cross the southern districts of Marseille and talk about its most remarkable symbols. From the Pastré park, natural areas spread over several hectares where are present Aleppo pines, oaks, laurels, thyme, a variety of juniper and the Marseille canal. We go up through the park to the goat neck at the top of the cross, nothing very difficult even if you have to use your hands. At the top, it's time to have a picnic and enjoy the panorama. This hike presents one of the best views of the Phocaean city. Then we will start the descent going through flaws. Initially, some exposed passages will require all your vigilance. After a few minutes we will find caves and vegetation will begin to change. We will go to Callelongue which will be appreciated from above. Once there, we will walk to the Goudes to relax.

Cooking classes start at 9 a.m. with an appointment at the Cuisine Centr'Halles located inside the Les Halles d'Avignon market. We start with a visit to the Market to talk about local products, taste and especially create our menu together. We'll choose our ingredients and craft our menu, then head back to the kitchen for our class and cook our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The full event ends at 1:30 p.m.Cooking demonstrations are a fun and light alternative to cooking classes. These begin at 9 a.m. with a meeting inside the market at the Cuisine Centr'Halles. We start with a market visit and tastings at some of my favorite vendors. We then return to the kitchen to prepare my tapenade recipes and some other daily preparations.

Au départ de la plage du Brusc, randonnée naturaliste et patrimoniale d’une journée en kayak autourdes Iles des Embiez : La Grand Ile, propriétée de Paul Ricard, comporte un port, un village touristiquesans voitures et un institut océanographique. L’archipel reste toutefois très sauvage, zone naturelleprotégée, admirablement préservée, regorge de criques sableuses, dans une ambiance originale, avecdes fonds sous-marins magnifiques. La randonnée nous conduira également à l’Ile du Grand Rouveau,surmontée d’un phare classé monument historique. Pause déjeuner sur la plage d’une calanque.Cette sortie aux Embiez est protégée du vent d’Est, mais exposée aux vents d’Ouest (Mistral...). On longera les impressionantes falaises duCap Sicié (350m d’altitude), et de nombreuses plages très sauvages et abritées. Elle nous conduiraégalement aux spectaculaires ilôts jumeaux des deux Frères. We will walk through the streets of the old town of Avignon and we will visit the Palais des Papes through the famous bridge of Avignon. After the visit of the old town, we will go to Les Halles (covered market) and we will have our lunch break. After a good meal, we will continue our tour to Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a small village of Côtes du Rhone to live the experience of a tasting in the cellar and different areas on the road.
