Panoramic hike on Marseille from Les Calanques
We will cross the southern districts of Marseille and talk about its most remarkable symbols. From the Pastré park, natural areas spread over several hectares where are present Aleppo pines, oaks, laurels, thyme, a variety of juniper and the Marseille canal. We go up through the park to the goat neck at the top of the cross, nothing very difficult even if you have to use your hands. At the top, it's time to have a picnic and enjoy the panorama. This hike presents one of the best views of the Phocaean city. Then we will start the descent going through flaws. Initially, some exposed passages will require all your vigilance. After a few minutes we will find caves and vegetation will begin to change. We will go to Callelongue which will be appreciated from above. Once there, we will walk to the Goudes to relax.

Cooking workshop with an exceptional chef in Avignon
Cooking classes start at 9 a.m. with an appointment at the Cuisine Centr'Halles located inside the Les Halles d'Avignon market. We start with a visit to the Market to talk about local products, taste and especially create our menu together. We'll choose our ingredients and craft our menu, then head back to the kitchen for our class and cook our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The full event ends at 1:30 p.m.Cooking demonstrations are a fun and light alternative to cooking classes. These begin at 9 a.m. with a meeting inside the market at the Cuisine Centr'Halles. Kayak Calanques et Îles de Marseille
Départ du port de la petite calanque de Callelongue, point le plus éloigné atteignable en voiture lorsque l’on longe la côte de Marseille. Après avoir rejoint et longé l’île Jarre, nous traverserons vers l’île de Riou, la plus grande, la plus spectaculaire et la plus sauvage de la côte. Notre première halte sera sur la plage de la petite calanque de Fontange, puis nous attaquerons le tour de l’île, le long des spectaculaires falaises de la côte Sud, dont les colonnes de calcaire évoque l’architecture de Gaudi.Après avoir contourné la pointe de Caramassaigne, nous rejoindrons la petite plage de sable fin de la Calanque de Monastério pour une nouvelle pause. L’itinéraire du retour nous fera passer par l’île Calseraigne, rocheuse et déserte, puis nous rejoindrons la côte au niveau de la Calanque de Marseilleveyre, une des plus typiques des calanques « habitées » de la côte. Bien que dépourvue de route d’accès, elle dispose de cabanons et d’un bar-restaurant très pittoresque. Il ne nous restera plus qu’à rejoindre notre point de départ en longeant la côte. Les Îles de Marseille que nous visitons lors ce cette randonnée sont le point de France ou il tombe le moins de pluie, et elles sont soumises à des conditions de vent et d’ensoleillement très durs. Cela n’empêche pas de pouvoir y observer une végétation très intéressante qui survit dans ces conditions difficiles. Ces Îles sont par ailleurs un refuge pour les oiseaux marins qui viennent y nicher, à l’abri des prédateurs, comme le Puffin cendré ou le Cormoran Huppé. Ainsi que l’inévitable Gabian (Goéland leucophé) dont c’est un des principaux site de reproduction. Ces îles sont pour cela très protégées. La randonnée complète nécessite de bonnes conditions météo : vent et houle faibles. Le parcours peut être adapté en fonction des conditions.

Kayak autour de la Presqu’île de Giens
La presqu’île de Giens se situe entre la ville de Hyères et l’île de Porqueroles, avec laquelle elle présente des similitudes : des plages paradisiaques au Nord et une côte sauvage au Sud.Une petite traversée nous conduira d’abord à l’île du Grand Ribaud, méconnue et peu fréquentée, ses criques de sable fin, son fort et son phare. On rejoindra ensuite la côte Sud très découpée de la presqu’Ile, ses falaises et ses petites plages, avant de contourner la pointe des Salis, jusqu’à la calanque du Blé, qui recèle une spectaculaire grotte dans laquelle on peut entrer en kayak sur une cinquantaine de mètres de profondeur. On atteint ensuite la côte sud de la presqu’île, très abritée, ses îles et ses belles plages, avant d’atterrir au port la Madrague. Les conducteurs vont alors à pied chercher les voitures en traversant la presqu’île, le port du Niel n’étant qu’à un kilomètre.

Cooking workshop with a Master Chef in south of France
The Chef will accompany you to introduce you to all his favourite producers. You will sneak between the stalls of cheese makers, fishmongers, butchers, bakers, fruits and vegetables producers, and he will buy the products necessary for the realization of the recipies. You may be tempted to do some personal shopping (market time, about 1 hour).
Return to the Workshop, take a drink, and put apron and chef's hat (provided). The cooking class begins.
The tasting of the recipes prepared together with the Chef is done at the table and in the harmony of the dishes and wines with explanations concerning the agreements with the wine.
