After a warm welcome in the picturesque square of the village of the small hamlet of Sorrento, the tour begins aboard our iconic "Ferrari" (the Ape Calessino), to take us to the Agritourism Company.The day begins with a sweet palate awakening thanks to the artisanal organic jams, perfectly selected by the company.Immediately after, we will immerse ourselves in an extraordinary tasting of extra virgin olive oils, offered in different varieties: classic extra virgin, lemon, orange, basil, rosemary, chili pepper, and even truffle.The journey continues with a guided tour of the farm, which has been run by the same family of cheesemakers for three generations.We will discover the life cycle of the cows, fed exclusively with GMO-free fodder, certified by the DOP Provolone del Monaco.
