After a warm welcome in the picturesque square of the village of the small hamlet of Sorrento, the tour begins aboard our iconic "Ferrari" (the Ape Calessino), to take us to the Agritourism Company.The day begins with a sweet palate awakening thanks to the artisanal organic jams, perfectly selected by the company.Immediately after, we will immerse ourselves in an extraordinary tasting of extra virgin olive oils, offered in different varieties: classic extra virgin, lemon, orange, basil, rosemary, chili pepper, and even truffle.The journey continues with a guided tour of the farm, which has been run by the same family of cheesemakers for three generations.We will discover the life cycle of the cows, fed exclusively with GMO-free fodder, certified by the DOP Provolone del Monaco. The visit includes a stop at the dairy, where we will attend the step-by-step explanation of the traditional methods of processing "fior di latte" mozzarella.One of the most fascinating moments will be the Mozzarella Making Show, where we will see the milk transform before our eyes into fresh "caciottine", and then into freshly made mozzarella.You will be able to taste fresh cheeses such as ricotta, "caciottina" and mozzarella di fior di latte, fresh from the dairy, prepared just five minutes before the tasting.There will also be a presentation of the famous Provolone del Monaco DOP, which we will taste together with a glass of wine in various ages. Our culinary experience will end with a small dessert based on ricotta and seasonal organic jam, followed by a traditional sip of limoncello.
