Arequipa - Cabanaconde to San Juan de Chuccho03:00h Pick up from your hotel in Arequipa.Departure to the Colca Canyon to Chivay where we will have breakfast then we go the Cruz del Condor to see the majestic flight of the condors, then we go to the town of Cabanaconde by car then we start walking towards the Colca Canyon, arrival San Juan de Chuccho after 3.5-hour free time to visit the local people to see the local terraces then dinner and overnight at a local family.Day 2. San Juan de Chuccho-Sangalle (oasis)After breakfast we begin the walk to Sangalle (oasis). We are going to visit other villages like Cosñirhua, Malata and reached Sangalle (oasis) for 3 hours. We will have lunch and we enjoy the rejuvenating pools there, free afternoon, dinner and overnight.Day 3. Oasis-Cabanaconde - Chivay - ArequipaWe begin the walk at 05:00h to the town of Cabanaconde, this hike takes about 3 hours (ascent). Arriving in Cabanaconde we will have breakfast after our transport back to Chivay, visit to the villages viewpoints and thermal baths then we are going to visit Chivay there we have lunch. Later come back to the Arequipa City arriving at 18:00h approximately.
Take in the stunning landscapes and venture out on a 3-hour hike on this small-group, full-day guided tour. This tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off, private transport, bottled water and snacks. There is a minimum of 2 people per booking.First, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arequipa at 7:00h, then you will enjoy a scenic 3-hour drive to the Salinas Lagoon. You will take a paved road, heading towards Baños de Jesús and Chiguata (3000M) and then uphill, following dirt roads and bumps in the slopes of Pichu Pichu.You will then visit Salinas Luicho, where you might find native wildlife, such as South American camelids, llamas, alpacas and various bird species. You might also enter Salinas Salt, if there's enough water in the lagoon. You will take in the sights of Ñuñu (a little volcano) and the Ubinas volcano.Your visit will also include a hike (3 km maximum). You will return to Arequipa by 17:00h approximately.
DAY 1. Arequipa to Cotahuasi with some stops06:00h Departure from Arequipa to Cotahuasi with a little stop in Petroglifos de Toro Muerto 12:00h Lunch in Chuquibamba. Throughout the trip we will make several stops at the viewpoints and points to appreciate the snowy mountains. 15:00h we will arrive to Cotahuasi. Dinner & Overnight DAY 2 Cotahuasi - Ruins Huana - Quechualla Deepest part of the Canyon' Lodging and breakfast at 6:30am. We'll take our private transport to the deepest part of the canyon for 2-hour to the small town of Mayo; there will begin a hike up a trail Quechualla 8 kilometers (approx. 4hours). The tour is crossed by 3 bridges and view. Archaeological Remains of Huaña with pre-Inca hanging tombs and numerous terraces. Forest characteristic for its giant cacticactus 8 meters high and longirostro bat habitat. Observe the Inca Trail, stretches of Capac Nan, strategic road network that linked the coast with the capital of the Empire. Arrival Quechualla (1700 m.s.n.m.) appreciate streets and typical houses and diversity of fruit plants organic production (pacay, cherimoya, lucuma, grapes, tuna, etc.) that visitors can pick and taste from the tree. Typical lunch. Time to enjoy some wine tasting and pisco, appropriate and pleasing to tacar variety of organic wines and Pisco. Dinner and overnight in home-Quechualla. DAY 3. Quechualla - Waterfall Sipia - Cotahuasi Breakfast in Quechualla and return to Cotahuasi on the same path until May, then by our transport to Cotahuasi, with a stop at the waterfall Sipia spectacular attraction, emblem of the canyon. Arrival in Cotahuasi having visited the Valle de Piro. Enjoy some time for lunch in Cotahuasi. After visit the Ecomuseum of vegetables and city tour in Cotahuasi, which highlight the narrow streets and adobe houses with gabled roofs and shop for souvenirs. In the afternoon Cotahuasi - Taurisma - Hot Springs Luicho – Ride After Lunch we are going to drive to the northern part of Cotahuasi Canyon to visit the countryside and the traditional village of Taurisma. We will cross a suspension bridge to see a forest of broom and other plants area located alongside the river Cotahuasi, then visit the town of Taurisma and its main square where we see four cedar trees over 300 years old, then we return along the same bridge to take a local mobility. Relaxing in the Thermo medicinal waters Luicho, 38°C to 40°C, soothing, healing properties conducive for relaxation. In the afternoon enjoy a ride from the thermal baths to the town of Antabamba, for about 2-hour at 360°. We will appreciate beautiful landscapes formed by the Cotahuasi river, mountains, fields, herbs and more, once you reached the people of Antabamba visit and taste a snack prepared with natural local produce. Return in Cotahuasi at 7:00pm dinner and overnight. DAY 4. Back in Arequipa After breakfast we are going back to Arequipa with some stops.We will be there at 4pm approximately in Arequipa city.

Later return to the Hotel then on your own you can visit the hot springs (own expense). Overnight at your hotel. Day 0206:00h After breakfast, travel by bus about an hour and half to the Mirador de la Cruz del Condor to see a spectacular view of the flight of the Condors while observing the depth of the Colca Canyon, the deepest in the world. Spend approximately 2-hours here. You will also have the option to take a 1-hour hike (optional). We come back with some stops in the traditional villages like Maca, next Chivay where you will stop for about 1-hours to have lunch (own expense).Finally come back to Arequipa City direct journey, arriving about 17:00h.
