You will have the opportunity to feed them by hand - an important part of their care during the winter months, when otherwise they would have hard times to survive in nature, as heavy snow, ice, and rapid freeze make it difficult for reindeer to reach their natural food. This is not a touristic performance, but real Sámi life, which you will have the chance to take part of.You’ll learn about Sámi traditions, reindeer herding, and what it means to grow up with these animals.
