At the Kentura Reindeer Farm we offer our guests a peaceful environment and personalized service. We serve small and/or private groups. Our farm is located at the Vikajärvi village in Rovaniemi, Lapland. Only a 20 minute drive from the Arctic Circle and from the airport and 30 minute drive from the Rovaniemi city center.
This unique Meet&Feed experience is included with every farm visit and offers an unforgettable opportunity to connect with reindeer.You’ll get to meet and feed the reindeer, either with the help of a snowmobile or on foot, depending on the size of your group.Additionally, you can enjoy a cozy campfire inside of our unique reindeer observation cabin, located inside the reindeer enclosure, where warm non-alcoholic drink and a classic Finnish pastry are served.
The Ice Fishing Trip complements your Meet&Feed experience. It offers a memorable adventure in the heart of nature.The trip can be arranged with transportation by reindeer sleigh or in a snowmobile-drawn sleigh.During the trip, you’ll enjoy a cozy campfire with a warm drink and some traditional Finnish snacks.
The Reindeer Sleigh Ride complements your Meet&Feed experience. Enjoy a peaceful 30-minute reindeer sleigh ride through the serene forest surrounding the reindeer farm. The sleigh glides at a leisurely walking pace, allowing you to fully take in the natural beauty of the winter landscape.
