in “Stories and travels through the classic Neapolitan song from the 19th to the 20th century” Four musicians, mandolin, guitar, bass/cello, clarinet/sax + male voice, plus a special guest (female voice), will transport you into the magical world of Neapolitan song, the best known in the world, in a “heavenly” atmosphere of a former church of the 18th century, today the temple of Neapolitan song. The church/theater is located in the center of Naples, near the Maschio Angioino, Galleria Umberto I, Teatro San Carlo, Piazza del Plebiscito. A show of about 90 minutes of the most beautiful Neapolitan melodies, accompanied by excellent musicians with arrangements and sounds that will involve the spectator. The show will be surrounded by graphic images that will reinforce the performance of songs such as: 'O SOLE MIO, TORNA A SURRIENTO, FUNICULI' FUNICULA', VOCE 'E NOTTE, MALAFEMMENA, MANDULINATA 'A NAPULE, TU 'VUO 'FA L'AMERICANO; just to name a few. In Roman times, Pompeii was a rich and very populated city, full of public and private buildings. One summer day in 79 AD, all of Pompeii and its approximately 20,000 inhabitants were burned under tons of ash and pumice due to a violent explosion of Vesuvius. A shower of lapilli settled everywhere, covering the ground for more than 6 meters, enveloping everything and even taking hold of the bodies and clothes of those who were fleeing. After about 2000 years, you have the opportunity to discover the daily life of the imperial era and imagine the fear of the population before the city was destroyed. With a two-hour walk, the guide will explain the most suggestive places in the city such as the Forum, the Baths, the Casa dei Vetti with its beautiful frescoes and the Lupanare. A visit not to be missed for anyone visiting this region of Italy! After the tour, return to Naples at the hotel at 2.15 p.m.

Arrival at Pompeii excavations scheduled for about 11:00am. At the end of the visit, lunch break with pizza & drink formula. Then transfer to Torre del Greco from which you can access the Vesuvius National Park up to an altitude of 1000. Stop at the car park and walk to the top of the only active volcano in continental Europe. Visit the suggestive crater 1200 meters high from which it is possible to see the Gulf of Naples from Capo Miseno to the tip of Campanella. Return to the hotel at about 17:15 p.m.
Pick up at the hotel, transfer to the Beverello pier for boarding. Arrival in Capri and transfer to Anacapri by bus. Free time to allow a visit to Villa S. Michele or Monte Solaro by chairlift (ticket excluded). Return to Capri for lunch (drinks not included). In the early afternoon, visit Capri with the gardens of Augustus and free time to possibly allow a visit to the Blue Grotto. Return to the hotel at about 5:30pm (in winter at 3:30pm)
Vesuvius is one of the most studied and well-known volcanoes in the world. Symbol of Naples with its unique shape, it has a typical whip-conical shape, with its highest peak reaching 1277 meters. The crater currently has a diameter of 450 meters and a depth of 300 meters. The eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD destroyed the Roman cities of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Oplontis and Stabiae, as well as several other settlements. Pick up at the Naples hotel/port/station around 9:00 to 9:30 and transfer via highway directly to the village of Torre del Greco where we begin our climb passing through the Vesuvius National Park up to an altitude of 1000 meters. From the car park you can access the path that leads to the top of the only volcano still active in continental Europe. Two hours at your disposal to reach the summit and walk around the crater at 1200 meters to admire the enchanting Bay of Naples from Capo Miseno to the tip of Campanella. Appointment at the parking lot at the time indicated by the driver and return to Naples with arrival at the hotel around 13:00
Departure from Naples, from the main hotels - Transfer by minivan along the Sorrento coast to arrive at around 10:00 in Sorrento after having thrilled customers with the views overlooking the sea visible from our vehicle. Thanks to its location and mild climate, Sorrento was one of the favorite places of the ancient Romans. (Our bus stop in Sorrento is about 1 hour) - Transfer along the spectacular Amalfi coast to Positano located in the center of the Amalfi coast with white or pastel-colored houses, the parish of S.Assunta and its beautiful majolica dome, beaches and alleys full of shops ideal for shopping. (Our bus stop in Positano is about 1 hour) - Continuation of the day with a visit to Amalfi, important testimonies of its prestigious past, the Serbian town; worth visiting the cathedral dedicated to Saint Andrew, which dominates the homonymous square and the intricate alleys of white houses perched one on top of the other. (Our bus stop in Amalfi is about 1 hour) - Finally, visit Ravello, one of the most precious gems of the Amalfi coast, famous for its quiet atmosphere and its views. His image is linked to villas including the most famous Villa Rufolo, with its breathtaking view and gardens. (Our bus stop in Ravello or Vietri by the sea is about 1 hour). - Return to Naples at 17:15.
