Snowmobile Tour And Glass Igloo Experience
Welcome to the winter wonderland! This is the best winter experience you can have in Helsinki in wintertime. Your experience starts with pickup from Helsinki Senate Square from where you will be driven to our Snowmobile base just 25 minutes away from the city.When you arrive to the snowmobile base you will be provided with proper outdoor clothing (a warm snowsuit, boots, gloves, balaclava and helmet) and take part in a snowmobile tour in the archipelago. Snowmobiling is a fun way to explore Helsinki archipelago during winter. Two adults ride on one snowmobile, or you can upgrade if you want one to yourself.A short safety briefing and driving instructions is then given to you. You will set off in a convoy led by the guide.On the snowmobile adventure you will experience the beautiful frozen archipelago with your attentive local guides. You will make several stops during the tour and the guide will explain to you about living in the archipelago. At an island you will make a longer break and enjoy lunch and warm drinks.During the lunch break you have a chance to try snowshoe walking, kick sleds or ice fishing. After the break you will continue your adventure back to the snowmobile base. Time spent out on the snowmobile tour approximately 2,5 hours.At the snowmobile base you will check in to the glass igloo. You can explore the archipelago on your own, experience more winter activities and go to the sauna. During the sauna you can also take a dip in the cold sea. Sauna time according to your preference.There are some good restaurants nearby that you can go for dinner or you can have your own food with you and cook it in the igloo.Breakfast is included and will be delivered to you in the igloo.The next day you have some more time to explore the archipelago.
