STARTING TIME: 08:00 a.m.DURATION: 6 hoursEmbark on an unforgettable cultural experience that takes you deep into the Sámi way of life in the far north. This intimate reindeer encounter is guided by a family rooted in traditional herding - with knowledge, stories, and skills passed down through generations.Meet free-roaming reindeer in their natural winter landscape and learn how the Sámi maintain their connection to the land and animals through every season. You will gain insight into the cultural importance of reindeer, the challenges of modern herding, and the deep respect that guides Sámi people in caring for their animals and environment.Heavy snow, ice layers, and rapid climate changes make it difficult for reindeer to access their natural grazing. This makes it essencial to feed the reindeer in winter, while during the summer they live free up in the mountains. Winter feeding is therefore an important part of responsible herding and a real part of Sámi daily life, not a performance. This experience offers a rare glimpse into a way of life that has survived in one of the world’s harshest yet most beautiful environments. Through stories, traditions, and close encounters with the reindeer, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of Sámi culture and the strength and resilience behind it.

The Abisko and Kiruna region is world-famous for offering some of the best conditions to witness the Northern Lights. Here, under the Arctic sky, you’ll have the chance to experience an unforgettable night filled with excitement and wonder. But here's the thing: we believe the hunt should be just as memorable as the destination.Join us on this extraordinary adventure! In our heated, comfortable van we’ll travel even up to 150 km from Kiruna in search of the perfect viewing spot. Along the way, your professional guide will share fascinating stories about Lapland, its nature, and its magical traditions. When we find our perfect spot, the real magic begins. We will set up a crackling bonfire in the snow to keep you warm and cozy. Gather around the fire for a true taste of the North: we will grill traditional moose sausages, offering you a delicious and authentic culinary experience.Pair your meal with steaming cups of coffee, tea, or hot wild blueberry juice as you gaze upward. And to make your memories last forever, we’ll capture the moment with photos that you can download afterwards – completely free of charge.LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS:If you want to book the activity less than 3h prior its beginning, you can always call us directly and ask for empty slots.

Forget the glass igloos - real Arctic memories are carved from the snow itself. This 5-hour immersive expedition is designed for those who want to do more than just watch the landscape.Your journey begins at the morning. Under guidance, your team will engineer a Quinzhee style snow shelter. You will learn the physics of "structural snow" as we mound and pack a dome that can withstand the Arctic winds. While the snow "sinters" (hardens), we put on snowshoes and head into the wild. We’ll traverse hidden trails and frozen landscapes, spotting wildlife tracks and enjoying the silence of the late-winter tundra. Upon our return, the real work begins: hollowing out the heart of your shelter. The reward? As you put the finishing touches on your dome, the smell of woodsmoke fills the air. We conclude the day with a hearty lunch over the flames. You’ll leave not just with photos, but with the genuine skills of a Northern Architect.Highlights:Engineering Challenge: Hands-on construction of a functional snow shelter.Wilderness Trek: A guided snowshoe hike through the pristine Kiruna/Abisko region backcountry.Survival Skills: Master the science of Arctic insulation and learn how to put up own bonfire. Chef-Prepared Feast: A full, hot wilderness lunch served fresh by the fire. The Ultimate Photo Op: Dine inside or beside your own hand-built snow home.

STARTING TIME: 06:30 p.m.DURATION: 5 hoursJoin a unique Arctic adventure that combines reindeer, Sámi culture, and the magic of the northern lights.Your guide meets you in Kiruna before the journey begins. As we drive toward Övre Soppero, we make several aurora-hunting stops at selected viewpoints chosen for clear skies and open horizons. These locations give you the best chance to see the northern lights on the way to the reindeer. When we arrive, you’ll meet the reindeer in a calm and natural winter setting. You will have the opportunity to feed them by hand - an important part of their care during the winter months, when otherwise they would have hard times to survive in nature, as heavy snow, ice, and rapid freeze make it difficult for reindeer to reach their natural food. This is not a touristic performance, but real Sámi life, which you will have the chance to take part of.You’ll learn about Sámi traditions, reindeer herding, and what it means to grow up with these animals. Your guide shares personal stories and knowledge passed down through generations. After the feeding, we warm up inside a traditional Sámi hut with a fire burning in the center. Enjoy a hot drink and a sweet snack as you listen to stories and learn more about Sámi culture and the deep connection to the land.On the return journey to Kiruna, we continue the northern lights search with additional stops whenever the sky opens.

Prepare for a massive, 14-hour road trip designed for travellers who want to see the absolute best of the Arctic in a single, unforgettable day. Limited to a maximum of 6 guests in a 9-seater van, this is a true wilderness safari, far away from the crowded big-bus tours. The Morning in AbiskoWe start early from Kiruna, driving deep into the pristine Arctic wilderness. Our first major stop is Abisko National Park, where we will explore the rugged canyon and its stunning frozen waterfall during the magical "Blue Hour." From there, we ascend into the alpine tundra for an early, hearty Swedish lunch at Björkliden, overlooking the iconic Lapporten mountain gates. The Border & The FjordsNext, we cross the dramatic Riksgränsen mountain pass into Norway. Watch the climate instantly shift as we descend to the Atlantic coast. We will explore the deep, ice-free waters of the Skjomen Fjord and the Narvik coastline. Historically, these massive, sheer cliffs and deep waters were used as hiding spots for WWII battleships and submarines. Today, they offer some of the most breathtaking photography landscapes on earth.Evening in Narvik & The Aurora ChaseAfter a warming Norwegian dinner in Narvik, the sun sets and the real hunt begins. Driving back toward Sweden gives us a massive geographical advantage: if it's cloudy on the Norwegian coast, it is often clear in the Swedish mountains (and vice versa). We will use our expert knowledge of local micro-climates to track down the Aurora Borealis, stopping at the darkest viewpoints to photograph the Northern Lights dancing over the Arctic landscape.

STARTING TIME: 07:30 p.m.DURATION: 4,5 hoursRiding a snowmobile under the Arctic night sky is something you will never forget. The world becomes quiet, the snow glows softly beneath your headlights, and above you — a dark sky waiting to come alive. This tour is guided with heart, traditional knowledge, and real experience of living in the Arctic. We follow snow-covered trails far away from city lights, to places known for clear skies and wide horizons, where the northern lights often find their way across the sky.We stop to enjoy warm drinks, take photos, and simply stand in the silence of winter. This is a moment for you — to breathe, to feel, to be present. With small groups, high-quality Arctic gear, and a guide who respects the land and understands the rhythms of nature, you get an experience that is safe, authentic, and deeply personal. The tour is is done in small groups for a calm, genuine experience. The northern lights can never be guaranteed - but the feeling of riding through the Arctic night, the silence, the stars, the vastness… that is a promise we can always keep.

STARTING TIME: 10:30 a.m.DURATION: 3,5 hoursFrom the moment you step onto the snowmobile, you feel it: the crisp Arctic air, the silence of untouched winter, the feeling that you’re about to do something you’ll remember for the rest of your life.We ride through bright snow-covered forests, across frozen lakes, and into wide-open valleys where the horizon seems endless. The daylight here is different - softer, cleaner, almost magical - and the landscapes shift constantly as we move deeper into the wilderness.Along the way we stop to enjoy the stillness, take photos, and if we’re lucky, see wildlife like reindeer or moose. It’s moments like these that make the Arctic special - small, quiet, powerful. With high-quality Arctic gear and warm Swedish fika included, all you need to bring is your curiosity and the courage to try something unforgettable.

STARTING TIME: 10:30 a.m.DURATION: 5 hoursStep into the heart of Sámi culture on an authentic reindeer experience that brings you close to the animals, traditions, and stories of the Arctic. Your journey begins with a scenic minibus ride through winter landscapes shaped by snow, silence, and Sámi heritage. When we arrive at the reindeer farm, you’ll be welcomed into a calm and personal atmosphere - far from crowds, commercial shows, and staged tourism. Here, you’ll have the rare chance to feed the reindeer by hand. For us, in winter, feeding is not a show or a performance - it is an important part of caring for the herd. The reason why we take them home during the coldest months and feed them is that deep snow, ice, and climate changes make it difficult for reindeer to reach their natural food, and responsible feeding ensures their health and survival through the toughest months. This is a real part of Sámi life, not something created for tourism, and guests who join the tour become respectfully part of this real work. You’ll learn why reindeer are at the center of Sámi identity, how herding traditions are passed down within families, and how nature guides daily life. Through stories, lived experience, and cultural insights, you gain a deeper understanding of what it means to grow up with reindeer, follow their migrations, and respect the land that sustains them.Warm up with hot lingonberry juice and a small fika as we share tales, history, and personal reflections. This is more than an activity — it’s an exchange, a meeting between worlds, and a moment to slow down and feel the connection between nature, culture, and the animals who define the Arctic.
