Combine yoga and nice hike in the most beautiful nature scenery. Our trail to the peak goes through an old forest which has a lot of stories and history; on the way we also get to know the arctic nature, its plants and animals. We walk about 5 km on the path and in the forest.Always when it feels like it, we put our backpacks down, enjoy the view and few moments of forest yoga. Gentle, peaceful, body-stretching yoga poses combined to the benefits of nature. What could be better! We do poses mainly by standing up and use trees and rocks as support. At the top the silent view continues for as long as you can see and there we just sit still, do a short breathing exercise and enjoy the nature. After that we continue to the fireplace. With good luck the Siberian Jays may come and greet us when we make nettle pancakes and enjoy wild berry juice by the campfire. Duration: 5-6 hours, lenght 5 km.Group size: 1- 8. Experience something truly one-of-a-kind with Reindeer Yoga at Kujala Reindeer Farm! This unique activity combines the serene practice of yoga with the gentle presence of friendly reindeer, creating an unforgettable connection between body, mind, and nature. Our “yoga studio” lies in the heart of the reindeer farm — a reindeer fence surrounded by forest, sky, and the calm rhythm of northern life. The walls are made of trees and reindeer, and the ceiling is the open northern sky. As you stretch and breathe, you’ll hear only the soft shuffle of hooves, the jingling of reindeer bells, and the whispers of wind through the pines.Guided by local reindeer herders, you’ll begin your experience by walking to the farm’s reindeer fence. These hides are much more than yoga mats — they are natural, sustainable, and perfectly suited to the Arctic environment, offering warmth and a sense of grounding even when temperatures drop to -30°C.During the session, you'll hear stories and insights about reindeer and life in the North — from the yearly rhythm of herding to the deep connection between people, animals, and nature in Lapland. You’ll not only relax your body and calm your mind but also gain a richer understanding of northern traditions and everyday life. After yoga, you’re invited to visit the farm’s charming handicraft workshop to see how traditional materials and creativity come together in daily northern life.Reindeer Yoga requires no previous yoga experience — just an open mind, a love of nature, and a desire to slow down and breathe. The peaceful environment, combined with the majestic reindeer, creates a deep sense of calm and connection that’s hard to find anywhere else. This is a moment to pause, to listen, and to reconnect with yourself and the wild beauty of the north.Reindeer Yoga is a collaboration between Kujala Reindeer Farm and MyTrail.MyTrail also offers a variety of other forest yoga trips and nature experiences.www.mytrail.fi I +358 505606633 I piritta@mytrail.fiFollow our northern adventures and reindeer life: @kujalanporotilasince1860 @mytrail_munpolku @rukakuusamo#porojooga #reindeeryoga
