Itinerary
Day 1
Private customised day tour departing from Fukuoka. Total operating window 08:00–20:00 (approx. 12 hours). Pickup and drop-off are provided inside Kyushu; final route is planned after booking based on guest interests.
Departure from Fukuoka
Driver will pick you up at the agreed pickup point in Fukuoka. Default pickup point is outside the LAWSON at Oriental Hotel Fukuoka (confirm exact address at booking). Please be ready in the pickup window so the day can run on schedule.

- Confirm the exact pickup address (hotel name or street address) and a local phone number at least 24 hours before pickup.
- Travel light: the vehicle cannot carry very large luggage—leave oversized suitcases at your hotel or arrange separate transport.
- Have the pickup location’s entrance/landmark noted in Japanese (hotel name or LAWSON Oriental Hotel Fukuoka) to speed meeting your driver.

Your tailor-made day begins. Based on your booking information we will follow a personalised route across Kyushu (urban or rural). Expect a mix of short walks, scenic stops, a locally recommended meal at a hidden gem, and photo opportunities chosen to match your interests.

- Dress for the season and for short walks — comfortable shoes and a light jacket for spring evenings in Kyushu.
- Tell us dietary restrictions when booking so we can reserve an appropriate local restaurant for your shared meal.
- Keep one phone fully charged and download any needed offline maps; cellular coverage is good in most areas but remote spots can be patchier.
Drop off
At the end of your private day we will drop you at the agreed address inside Kyushu. Confirm your preferred drop-off address and approximate time at booking; final timing depends on the day’s route and traffic.

- Confirm your preferred drop-off address (hotel or specific street address) in advance and have the address written down in Japanese if possible.
- Allow for a 10–30 minute buffer around the scheduled drop-off time for traffic and last-minute photos or stops.
- If you need to be dropped outside Kyushu or require luggage transport, notify us in advance—we are not equipped for large luggage transport across regions.
