Itinerary
Day 1
Full-day guided tour from Lençóis visiting Cachoeira do Mosquito, lunch at Fazenda Santo Antônio and Serra das Paridas Archaeological Park. Total activity window: 09:00–18:00 (approx.).
Mosquito Waterfall
Travel from Lençóis to Fazenda Santo Antônio to visit Cachoeira do Mosquito (approximately 36 km by vehicle). The waterfall is nearly 60 m high. Access includes ~800 steps down to the canyon and viewpoints along the trail. Time for bathing and photos is provided; guides will coordinate pacing and safety.

- Wear sturdy, closed-soeled shoes with good grip for the 800-step descent/ascent and slippery rocks.
- Bring swimsuit, quick-dry towel, and waterproof phone case; take advantage of bathing time before 13:00 for the best light in the canyon.
- Carry a small daypack with water, sunscreen, and any personal medication; guides will carry basic first-aid and adventure insurance is provided.
Self-service lunch
Regional all-you-can-eat self-service lunch at Fazenda Santo Antônio Restaurant. A variety of typical dishes are offered, including vegetarian/vegan options. Drinks are optional. Time allocated for eating and brief rest before the next stop.

Serra das Paridas Archaeological Park
Guided visit to the Parque Arqueológico Serra das Paridas to view hundreds of rock paintings with evidence of up to 8,000 years of human occupation. The site is prepared for visitors and includes a handicraft store with local coffees, honey, cachaça and ceramics. Time allows for interpretation of the paintings and optional contemplation of the late-afternoon light.
