Day 1
Evening schedule built around the 3-hour Carlotta cooking class (start 18:30). Includes a short meet-up window, the hands-on class, a quick taxi transfer and a rooftop nightcap overlooking the Colosseum.
Meet at Carlotta Cooking School — arrival & welcome
Arrive at the studio a little early to settle in, meet your host and enjoy the first welcome aperitivo before the class starts.

3-hour hands-on private class led by Carlotta Cooking School: make fresh pasta (one variety), assemble a classic tiramisù, and prepare a quick gelato. Includes aperitivo on arrival, unlimited wine, and a family-style meal of what you cooked.
