Why this experience
Master the dishes that define Roman cuisine in a single afternoon. You'll step into an elegant workshop salon in central Rome and learn to make fresh pasta from dough to shape, then prepare tiramisu from scratch. Your hands will feel the texture of the dough, the rhythm of rolling and forming, the layering of mascarpone and espresso. You'll sip Prosecco, taste bruschetta made with the workshop's own olive oil, and finish by tasting the pasta and tiramisu you created — dishes you'll replicate at home for years to come.
This isn't performance cooking — it's intimate instruction in the traditions that have fed Rome for centuries.
