Surrounded jungles create a soothing soundtrack for your practice, while the breathtaking views of the endless horizon provide a stunning backdrop for your meditation.Currently a variety of classes are offered daily in 2 our Rooftop Studios, the setting offers a tranquil environment with beautiful views. Almost all yoga classes include guided asana practice, pranayama, meditation, mantra and chanting. We practice Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow. Other styles are offered as separate Activities.

Welcome to an aerial yoga class like no other, taking place on a rooftop surrounded by lush jungle and overlooking the sea. As you enter the space, you notice a series of hammocks hanging from the ceiling, each one designed to support you in your aerial yoga practice.With the gentle sounds of birds and the rustling of the jungle foliage around you, you take your place in your own personal hammock, feeling it sway gently as you settle in. The skilled yoga teacher begins to guide you through a series of poses, each one designed to challenge your body and enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance.As you move through each asana, you feel the gentle support of the hammock beneath you, allowing you to achieve poses that may have felt impossible on solid ground. This is a morning beach yoga class on Kata beach near the Surf House and ClubMed. At the time of the class the beach is beautiful and much quieter than later in the day providing a very tranquil and refreshing experience. Class content is largely Hatha or Yin depending on the instructor and will typically include some meditation. You'll have great photo opportunity as well. Upon booking we will provide you the specifics as to where to meet our class. If you are in the Kata-Karon area and you need transportation, our shuttle can provide it for extra charge. The class includes use of mats & towels and a bottle of water. We recommend you bring a hand towel. Classes need to be booked here in advance to secure participation. Start Your Adventure:10:30 AM - After being picked up from your accommodations, your trip will begin. You will meet with your guide at the meeting point. Get some information and introductions of your trip and then challenge yourself on a jungle hiking. During the hike, you will enjoy off-the-beaten-track, and be introduced to some local plants and trees discovered along the way. While you enjoy sightseeing with your surroundings be aware of some monkeys and other animals approaching on your eyesight.Rest and Refreshment:After finishing the jungle hike, you will stop having a short break to catch your breath. Enjoy spectacular views of Phuket Island whilst having some fresh coconut, fruits, and local Thai desserts.Big Buddha Hill:Then you will take a shuttle going up to the top of the hill. Although the Big Buddha is closed according to orders from the government, you will still have the chance to view the statue from behind. The Big Buddha is the largest statue in the Southern with 45 meters tall and 25.45 Meters wide. Here, you can take photos and admire the stunning views of Phuket Island.Temple ExperiencesAfterward, you’ll head to Wat Luang Phu Supha (also known as Si Supharam Temple), where you can immerse yourself in the peaceful atmosphere of the temple. This is a wonderful opportunity to make merit by offering goods and necessary items (such as toiletries, candles, incense, or other helpful items for the monks). You’ll then participate in chanting and receive a blessing from the monk. As your guide shares insights into the temple’s history and significance, you’ll learn about the deep connection between Thai people and their religion.After that drive to Wat Chalong ( Chalong Temple or Chai-Thararam Temple )the largest temple, most revered, and most visited temple in Phuket. It was built at the beginning of the 19th century and is known as a place you could see and pay respect to a splinter of Buddha's bone. You will be informed of the story and history of this temple by your guide.LunchAfter a day filled with cultural and natural exploration, we’ll take you to a Farm-to-Table Restaurant, where you will enjoy an authentic Thai lunch. The meal is prepared with fresh, organic ingredients grown around you, and you'll also enjoy smoothies made from locally sourced produce.Important Note:Due to government regulations, we cannot enter the Big Buddha area.
