Discover the underwater world with our expert instructors. They will teach you how to dive in the safest way. Join us on this diving experience in Girona Costa Brava for small groups. This course is a mix of a diving test and a diving course. We'll start with a full explanation of how diving equipment works and all the rules to keep in mind when diving. This experience will be carried out in two parts: A first part of the dive with some basic exercises (emptying the mask, recovering the regulator,...) for the student to gain confidence with the underwater environment.A second part in which a deeper dive will take place, and the student will put into practice what they learned in the previous dive. During the second dive we will also focus on how to maintain neutral buoyancy while diving. This experience lasts a total of about 2 - 2,5 hours. Each part at sea will last 25 minutes.
This route is designed for all levels (although if you are a group with experience, you can add more km and also more technical areas to the route). We offer electric touring bikes, or if you prefer, Gravel bikes. Everything runs along wide dirt tracks, without great technical difficulty, but with some unevenness. We start the day in the vicinity of Calella de Palafrugell, when we have the bikes adapted to the height and requirements of each person, we will head towards Peratallada, a beautiful medieval town, with narrow streets and cobblestone floors. We will stop to take photos, coffee,... then we will head to the selected winery. Where they will take us on a route through the vineyards, and then we will do a tasting of their wines with a small selection of KM0 products, which will help us to replenish our energy. After the visit to the winery, we will head to Pals to make a short stop to visit the town, where we can make a coffee or an ice cream. Once this pause is over, we will continue to the starting point to finish our activity. The prices shown in the booking calendar are the total price for all participants. Where we will have a wide view of our Empordà area and of course of the sea. Then we will follow the road adjacent to the sea, passing through the Jardi Botanic of Cap Roig, and arriving at Castell Beach. Where we'll take a break. From there we will continue along the coast of Palamós and roll along its seafront promenade. After enjoying these incredible views, we will enter the area, into the protected area of “Las Gavarres”, our mountainous area, and from here we will return to the starting point taking a quiet walk, adapting the route to the group's needs.The prices shown in the booking calendar are the total price for all participants. Enjoy a boat trip on our traditional boat tour along the coast. We will navigate to a beautiful bay, where we will anchor for about an hour, to enjoy swimming, snorkeling or just sunbathing on the boat.Schedule: From 9.30 to 11.30Duration: 2 hours.

On this tour we are going to tour the flat area of Baix Empordà, passing through very picturesque medieval villages. Some well known as Ullastret, Monells, Palau-Sator and Pals. Freediving is based on inner power, discipline and control. If you've always wanted to enter the underwater world with peace of mind, at your own pace, staying as long as your breathing allows, freediving is for you. Taking the PADI Freediver course is your first step in discovering why freediving is becoming a popular way to explore under the waves. To enroll in a PADI Freediver course you must be at least 15 years old. You need proper swimming skills and good physical health. No previous experience with snorkeling, freediving or freediving is required. The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases: Develop knowledge about the principles of freediving through independent study with PADI Freediver eLearning (or your instructor can teach classes if it's not available in a language you understand). 1 session in confined waters to learn freediving techniques, as well as static and dynamic freediving. Objective: 90 seconds of static apnea and 25 meters/80 feet of dynamic apnea.2 sessions in open water for free diving and freediving with constant weight, in addition to appropriate procedures with a partner. Objective: 10 meters/30 feet of freediving with constant weight.
PADI® Open Water DiverIt is the first level of certification in diving. A highly trained PADI instructor will teach you how to dive in a relaxed learning environment with constant support. At the end of the course, you will have the necessary knowledge and skills to dive both in your country and abroad, making you a true ambassador of the underwater world. This certification allows you to dive to a depth of 18 meters anywhere in the world. The course includes:full rental of diving equipment, online theory classes, insurance during the course and official certification. The first day begins with dives from the beach, where you will practice essential exercises for safe diving (such as emptying your mask, assisting your partner, and others). For the next two days, you will perform4 dives from a boataccompanied by an instructor. In these dives you will repeat the exercises learned, but at greater depth. The course has a minimum duration of3 days, with a dive in the morning and another in the afternoon. There is also the possibility of taking the course on weekends. Schedules: Each day is divided into two sessions:From 9:30 to 12:00andfrom 14:30 to 17:00 From 10 years of age
Wonderful walk along a forest path over the sea. We will climb from the coastal town of Calella de Palafrugell to the end of the Botanical Garden. Passing through some of the most beautiful coves in the area. At the top we will enjoy beautiful views of the sea. Depending on the level of the group we will arrive in Palamós and enjoy a coffee.
