This safari is a perfect choice to get your first snowmobile driving experiences, track is planned to suit your skills. During this safari, you’ll learn how to drive snowmobile along frozen Ivalo River and Lake Inari. Trail distance in total about 25-30 km.This is a small group tour, maximum 8 person in the group.We will dress you up warmly at our office in Ivalo. Experienced guide will give you good instructions on snowmobile handling before heading to the track.Tina and Tapio, owners of this small family company lives on a island. You will visit the island on the tour and there you will meet our friendly reindeers Rambo and David. You can feed them and take photos. Our experienced guide will tell you about reindeers and life in lapland.You will enjoy a lunch by campfire in warm lappish ”teepee”. Lunch will be made of local fish or reindeer. After enjoying beautifull surroundings and hot drinks, we will head back to Ivalo.It is also possible to book also just a sleighride, if you dont want to drive or travel as passanger. Sleigh is covered with warming reindeer hide, it is very relaxing to enjoy beautifull surroundings. If you book shared snowmobiles and your group has odd number ( for example 3 person or 5 person ), one of you will travel as a passanger in our guides snowmobile or in the sleigh. But you can swap places so you all can drive.You have also possibility to try Ice Fishing in our secret Ice Fishing place in Lake Inari, for a extra charge! We will pick you up from your accommodation, then we will start our exiting hunt for The Northern Lights.We use several weather forecasts and applications to find the place with best opportunies to see this nature phenomenon.You will be with one of our experienced local guides, who has the passion to show you the Nothern Lights. Hot drinks and biscuits are served in one of our secret spots, while we are looking at the sky.
