The Caves of Hella are a series of ancient man-made sandstone caves located at the farm Ægissíða on the bank of the river Ytri-Rangá in the southern part of Iceland.
Ancient man-made caves have been discovered on the land of Ægissíða by Hella. Five of them have been open to the public. Some believe they date further back than the settlement of the Nordic Vikings.
