“The city of science and heritage” as Sultan Qaboos called it, it’s Nizwa the first capital of the Sultanate and its cultural center, due to its intellectual and jurisprudential activity over the years. While in Nizwa never miss to visit Nizwa Fort, Old Souq, and Al Aqar Neighborhood.
A unique trail that starts from Wakan Village at the foot of the mountain at an altitude of 2000 meters and ends at Green Mountain. The trail climbs some 9 kilometers up terraced fields, through farms and stunning waterways to the Towr Of Wakan.Participants then continue hiking along the trail to Wakan Horn at the top of the mountain.
