Adventure Circuit for AllThe “Adventure Circuit” consists in overcoming various natural obstacles, with due monitoring by Discover The Nature professionals.Arrábida Mountain hides small pearls that deserve to be preserved and exalted, either for its beauty, either for its unique geological characteristics; some, unique in the world, as is the case of "Fenda da Arrábida", it is a “geomonument” of rare natural beauty, it is a tectonic accident, which opens up over approximately 700 meters on the Arrábida mountain southern slope, overlooking and parallel to the Portinho beach line.This experience lasts about 4 hours, where along its approximately 700 meters of length we will overcome various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we will have to make several descents in rappel that vary between 10 and 30 meters, walking along little-known trails, climbing using the handrail climbing technique with about 100 meters in length, cross confined areas (Cave) or climb a rocky wall in the style of Via Ferrata.Enough arguments to challenge the most daring adventurers, if we're lucky we'll get to see some bats!DISCOVER THE NATURE, with its 25 years of experience, enables an exploration activity in safety and perhaps the discovery of a new passion.Don't miss this adventure.
The “Soft Coasteering - Portinho da Arrábida” is an experience for those looking for strong emotions, in a heavenly place inside the Luís Saldanha Marine Park !! Soft Coasteering, or in other words 'Fly Into Water', is a multi-activity as it encompasses Trekking, Swimming, Caving, Small Climbing and Sea Jumping ... In fact, many jumps to the crystal clear waters of the Serra da Arrábida coast.This is an activity accessible to anyone from 08 years old. Suitable for families.
COASTEERING 4 ALLCoasteering consist in overcoming several natural obstacles along the coastline, accompanied by professionals from Discover The Nature. The Arrábida Natural Park hides little pearls that deserve to be preserved and praised, both for their beauty and for their unique geological characteristics; some of which are unique in the world, such as the Portinho da Arrábida coastline, a coast lined with cliffs and escarpments, sea caves and coves, where you'll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal.This experience lasts around 4 HOURS, with a route of around 800 metres along the coast, we'll cross various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we'll make a RAPPELLING descent, walk along little-known trails, small ROCK CLIMBS, pass through some CAVES, such as the emblematic Sta. Margarida CAVE, which has a small 17th century chapel inside, do a ZIP LINING - sliding down in a steel cable and literally landing in the water, or even doing some sections in the aquatic environment via SWIMMING and, of course, not forgetting the highlight in terms of adrenaline and emotion, the CLIFF JUMPING , and a BOAT TRIP.None of the various obstacles are obligatory, there is always an alternative so that we can continue along the route.That's enough to challenge the most daring adventurers - if we're lucky, we might see some bats inside the caves or even the unrivalled Bottlenose Dolphins!DISCOVER THE NATURE, with its 25 years of experience, makes it possible to explore safely.Don't miss out on this adventure.Available for individuals, groups of friends, birthdays, bachelor parties, schools and companies.
