Itinerary
Day 1
Shared cultural visit with the Embera tribe in a natural environment inside Chagres National Park near Gamboa. Experience traditional crafts, dances and local food; private transportation, snacks and lunch are included.
Embera community visit — cultural exchange in Chagres National Park
Pickup from the Panama City metropolitan area and transfer to the Embera community near Gamboa for a guided cultural exchange. Activities with the community include demonstrations of traditional crafts, a short dance presentation where guests may join, and a shared lunch of local cuisine. Return transfer to the metropolitan area completes the 4.5-hour program.

- Wear lightweight long sleeves and closed shoes; bring insect repellent and a small towel — the area is tropical and shaded.
- Bring a small amount of local currency for personal purchases (crafts or small donations); inform the operator ahead of time if you have dietary restrictions for the included lunch.
