Meet your licensed guide at the meeting point in Casco Viejo (La Manzana, Calle C). The guide introduces the session, covers safety and health notes, then leads a structured tasting of 6 coffees: 1 Geisha, 1 robusta, 1 traditional washed blend, 1 Ethiopian washed, 1 traditional natural, and 1 experimental natural. Expect guided aroma and tasting technique, short palate-cleansing pauses between samples, and time for questions.
