Itinerary
Day 1
Morning small-group ATV experience leaving from central Split and exploring panoramic sites in Dinara Nature Park and the Cetina karst area. The 4-hour total duration (10:00–14:00) includes check-in, a short transfer to the base camp area near Hrvace/Dinara, guided riding with lookout stops, and the return buffer to Split.
Meet: Church and Convent of St. Francis (Split)
Group meet-up, registration, paperwork and safety briefing. Confirm helmet size, sign any required waivers and meet your licensed ATV guide. This meeting point is Trg Franje Tuđmana 1 in central Split.

- Arrive 10 minutes early to complete check-in; bring a valid photo ID as required by operators.
- Dress in layers and closed-toe shoes; sunglasses and a light wind layer are useful for both town and higher-altitude conditions.
- If you did not book the optional pickup, plan your own transfer to the base camp (see transfer tips below) and confirm vehicle parking at the meeting point.
Transfer: Travel toward base camp / Hrvace area
Short road transfer from the Split meeting point toward the base/launch area near Hrvace that serves as the start of the ATV route. When pickup was booked it will be provided from this meeting point; if not booked, guests should plan to arrive at the base area independently and allow ~35 minutes driving time from Split.

- Allow approximately 35 minutes driving time from central Split to the Hrvace/basecamp area; mobile maps will show the fastest route.
- If you drive yourself, look for designated guest parking at the base camp area — parking space is limited during peak season.
- Keep helmets and safety gear stowed until arrival; operators will fit helmets and protective equipment at the base.
Dinara Nature Park panoramas (Vrlika area)
Wide panoramas in Dinara Nature Park often leave you with striking views. Ride mixed terrain — asphalt, winding dirt tracks and old mountain roads — while the guide stops at viewpoints and meadows. Expect to see karst slopes, seasonal flowers and varied mountain scenery; this section follows the itinerary's Vrlika-focused route and interpretation.

- Follow the guide’s instructions at all times; keep to the arranged riding order and maintain safe distances between quads.
- Bring a small camera or smartphone in a secure, zipped pocket or lanyard — stopovers for photos are brief and supervised.

Karst & river landscapes near Cetina
Ride through the karst landscape associated with the Cetina area: limestone features, river plains and traditional rural elements. Stops will be arranged for short interpretation about hydrology, traditional uses of the river plain and local vistas — consistent with the activity's Cetina agenda description.

- Carry a small amount of cash or card for an optional snack; organized lunch is not included in the activity.
- Respect local flora and fauna: do not leave litter and avoid disturbing wildlife encountered during stopovers.

Return buffer: Travel back toward Split (meeting point)
Finish the ride at the base camp and prepare for the return toward Split. When pickup was included it would return participants to the original meeting point; when not included the schedule provides a buffer so guests can plan their onward travel.

- Confirm with staff at the end of the ride whether operator drop-off is available for your booking; if not, arrange private transfer or collect your parked vehicle.
- Collect any personal items left at the base camp and inspect your ATV gear before departing.
