Day 1
Meet at Design Pocket Osaka and participate in a one-hour hands-on food-sample making workshop. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in.
Food-sample making workshop — Design Pocket Osaka (Nanbasennichimae)
Meet at the Design Pocket Osaka studio in Nanbasennichimae, check in, then follow an instructor-led, hands-on session to make a realistic food sample. Materials and a take-home protective container are included. Session runs for 1 hour.
Tips from local experts:
- Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to check in; the shop is small and sessions start promptly.
- Nearest stations: Nankai Namba Station (approx. 3 min walk) or Osaka Metro Namba (Midosuji Line) — plan for short walks with children and bring a light stroller if needed.
- Participants with sensitivity to smells or feeling unwell should avoid the session (materials can have noticeable odors); children must be accompanied by a guardian.
